What a difference a year makes.
Located just a few miles north of Eureka, on Highway 93, you will find the classic western style iron and log entrance to Indian Springs Ranch.

Indian Springs Ranch’s golf course opened in September 2009.

The summer of 2009 saw the opening of our driving range and putting green while the 18 hole public golf course followed soon after, with its soft opening on Sept. 14, 2009. The course was designed to reaffirm the fact that the game of golf was meant to be fun. By no means an easy course, the emphasis is on managing your game. The course impels you to think about every shot and to choose the tee box best suited to your abilities.
Developer Dave Rogers commends his employees for a job well done. “Hard work, perseverance and a team effort have enabled us to meet our goals to date. Thanks to a great staff, we are proud to offer a links style 18 hole public golf course to the people of Eureka and the surrounding communities. Our appreciation goes out to the many golfers who have played our course this first year. ‘Challenging….fun….a real test of my golfing skills’ are all statements we’ve heard from those who have played.” With fine tuning of the fairways and additional signage scheduled throughout the winter and spring, the course will be fully complete for the 2010 season.
The walking trails within the development are fully functional. In keeping with the focus on fostering connections, Indian Springs Ranch includes a vast network of walking trails that connect its various residential neighborhoods with each other, with the community’s current and future amenities and with the surrounding wilderness. As progress continues, more of the 10 miles of walking and mountain biking trails have been completed.
The acquisition of the “69 Ranch” expanded the Indian Springs community on its south side. The 69 Ranch is home to an important piece of Montana history when it was once one of the area’s largest ranches. Today that ranching heritage lives on in the vision for programs devoted to western pleasure riding and basic horsemanship training. As a resident of Indian Springs Ranch, designated trails across nearly 200 acres of rolling grasslands are available for riding. The heritage barn, constructed in the early 1900s, will offer stabling for about 15 horses. Progress continues on the existing outdoor riding arena.
The residential community surrounding parts of the golf course offers an active lifestyle. So much more than just a golf community, Indian Springs Ranch has created a living experience that far transcends the everyday. Catering to a full complement of ages and interests, the amenities have been designed to ensure Indian Springs Ranch fulfills its promise as an active lifestyle community while maintaining the prairie and drumlin feel inherent to the property.
As 2009 draws slowly to an end, Indian Springs Ranch is looking forward to continuing the development of its residential areas. Lots in Phase 1 and Phase 2 are available for purchase, along with several turnkey homes. A newly redesigned website offers substantial information and beautiful pictures of Indian Springs Ranch Golf & Active Living Community and the surrounding areas.
