InterBel Telephone Cooperative’s roots run deep in Northwest Montana. Founded in 1962 and owned by its members, InterBel continues to lead the technology charge with state-of-the-art equipment and a vision for the future.

In 2009 we provisioned route redundancy in our service area, completed the installation of a new central 0ffice softswitch and brought service to our first fiber-to-the-home customers.
InterBel.Net is the ISP for everyone. As an Internet user, you’ll find a plan and a price that will not only fit your budget but is backed up with experienced, 24x7 tech support. Accounts include Free email, free spam filter and Free virus protection. Broadband DSL was introduced at InterBel in 2001 and is available in 100 percent of our service area. Acceptance is very good having exceeded 85 percent market penetration among Internet users. InterBel offers DSL with no upfront costs, the first-month free, installation free and a free modem! WI-FI modems are available as an upgrade.
When it comes to long distance calls, InterBel has been selected as the carrier of choice by 95 percent of our co-op members. With three simple plans to choose – you can have 10 or 12 cents a minute – or pick our “$25/month unlimited long distance” package if you are a DSL subscriber.
InterBel’s subsidiary, Tobacco Valley Communications, provides a broad range of cable TV channels available in the town of Eureka. Our Digital TV service provides over 100 video channels, and 30 music channels – including Local Networks such as Kalispell, Missoula and Spokane and premium movie packages like HBO, Showtime, Encore and MAX. Cable TV packages start as low as $9.95/month when bundled with DSL.
Having 21 full-time employees, InterBel does more than provide communication services. Our success over the years has allowed us to become involved with community support activities ranging from college scholarships and education, to events like Rendezvous, Eureka Rodeo and The Bull Thing.
