We are pleased to now offer specialized orthopedic procedures including bone plating and TPLO surgeries. We have a specialist who is on call and will come here so you dont have to travel with an injured pet.
Dr. Haugan treats both large and small animals. Equine services include vaccinations, dentistry, wound repair, castrations, and ultrasound pregnancy testing.
The first positive rabid bat was diagnosed in our area in September. Be sure your pets and horses are current on their rabies and other vaccines.
Mountain Vista carries Science Diet prescription foods, and Precise and Wysong pet food. Good food makes a tremendous difference in your animals health, and good dental care is also important.
Mountain Vista has been partnering with Friends of the Shelter and Lincoln County to offer reduced cost spays and neuters for pets belonging to low income families and for feral or barn cats and animals adopted from shelters. The program has been a great success.
Mountain Vista has an excellent support staff. Dina, Lori, and Kris are all ready to help you. If you miss seeing Lori and Sara it is because last spring Lori had a little girl and Sara had a little boy. They have both been gone taking care of little ones.
Mountain Vista thanks you for your continued support and look forward to serving you in the year ahead!
