Big Sky Wireless has evolved during the three years it has been established in Eureka.
No longer a new business, Big Sky Wireless remains Eureka’s source for the latest and greatest communications technology, and Mark and Kandice Griffin have extended beyond even that. They are now the authorized ADT alarm security dealer for Lincoln and Flathead counties, the only nearby authorized dealer for the national company in a time of increased demand for alarm security systems.
“We’re happy with the progress that’s come along with this,” Mark Griffin stated. “Customers now have a lot of faith in us, as we add more products to make it more convenient for people here. That’s our goal and vision.”
Thus Big Sky Wireless was born with the goal of being Eureka’s complete wireless communications resource. As Eureka’s only communications dealer, it’s accomplishing that goal with services such as Verizon Wireless, Dish Network, and DirecTV, all of which are provided at the same price or lower than in the Flathead.
“In most small towns, prices are higher for services like these. Not true in this case,” Mark Griffin explained. “We buy in volume with our business in California, so we can compete with or beat Kalispell in price.”
Big Sky Wireless sells high-speed internet service, home theatre products, flat screen televisions, and Wilson Electronics. Wilson products, which the Griffins say sell well here, are designed to boost reception on cellular phones. For our area, this is an excellent upgrade. Big Sky Wireless also does audio/video sales and installations of LCD and Plasma TV, in-ceiling speakers, indoor/outdoor speakers, remote lighting controls and multi zone receivers. They also do low voltage pre-wire such as cat5, speaker, RF coaxial, and alarms for new home construction.
The response to Big Sky Wireless has been surprisingly good, according to Griffin. “People tell us ‘We’re glad you’re here’.” Griffin said.
And the Griffin’s are glad too. “We take pleasure in providing top-notch wireless communications for this community.”
