Dorothy Eisenman is the owner and agent of the Eureka branch of Hometown Insurance Agency, established in mid-July of 2006. Hometown is an agency started in Kalispell, and for two years now it has been established in the Tobacco Valley. Eisenman saw Eureka needed more insurance options, and with 9 years of insurance experience, she feels Hometown Insurance has a lot to offer Eureka.
The new branch came about when she was talking with Hometown Insurance owner Elizabeth Story of Kalispell. They both felt the time was right for an expansion to Eureka. Now the Eureka branch, after a year, is still going strong and Dorothy Eisenman has been pleased with the response from the community.
“It’s been wonderful,” she said.
Hometown Insurance prides itself on its accessible nature and friendly service. “I joke with my customers. I know insurance is not anyone’s favorite task, so I try to make light of it and get a few smiles out of my customers.”
Open 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and available by appointment on Saturdays, the agency is located at 308 Dewey Ave., Suite D, in downtown Eureka.
